"Replacing a roof isn't a fun or cheap process but the folks over at Torres-Boren made it as painless as possible! Our neighborhood took a huge hail hit in the spring, and with contractors crawling the area, it was easy to tell the good ones from the bad. From meeting directly with the insurance adjuster to insure that they agreed on all the details, and nothing was missed...to working out a convenient date for everyone involved...to making sure everything was done on time and to quality standards, they were perfect! We even pushed back the date one day due to the "chance" for rain which actually would have done a number on an exposed roof. That's a big deal to me as a meteorologist, since many of my neighbors contractors obviously didn't care about "chances" for rain, and ended up causing damage to homes when it did rain those days while the work was in progress. Kevin made sure all aspects of the repairs went as smooth as possible, even making sure the very last details were completed by an alternate contractor to finish the gutters. Crews were always on time, and courteous...making sure to grab all the nails that managed to escape. Once again, that seems "expected" of a roofer, but when you walk the neighborhood like I do, and constantly find roofing nails from other jobs...you realize that's a tiny detail that's very important! Will totally use them again, and again, and again since TEXAS WEATHER almost guarantees you need to find a dependable roofer!"
